Sunray Community Centre Facilities

The main hall can accommodate 80 seated and the small hall can accommodate 50 seated. For all events, the maximum capacity is 150 guests.

BYOB bar and Kitchen

Microwave, kettles, glass wear, tea crockery and cutlery is available for use

Staging

If you’d like to hire an entertainer or an MC for your event, we can offer a power supplied stage

Outside space

The centre boasts a generous outdoor area for use, bringing occasions out in the open

Secure perimeter and CCTV

The perimeter is secured by lockable fencing, a private entrance and CCTV

I want to thank the management team of the Sunray Hall and in particular the caretaker Colin for his professional preparation of the hall, support and the overall experience we all had when we hired the hall on Boxing Day 26th December. As we live in the Sunray estate we were looking for a local pub or Restaraunt to meet the extended family and friends and  party  to carry forward the Christmas Spirit , where we could talk let the toddlers do their stuff and share  nice food. The excellent facility of the very very well looked after Sunray Hall was just perfect & let us achieve that  . We had our food served in the small hall & all 34 of our family sat in the main hall . Some entertainment with family members utilising the stage & the sound system of the hall . The Administration for hire  was excellently handled by Ajantha . 💯Percent Satusfied..🎉

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I hired this hall for my daughter’s Baby Shower and I was extremely happy. The hall is a great size and has 2 parts. You don’t loose any space from the main hall as the smaller extended part gives you the space to have the food laid out. You also have a large outdoor area which is a fantastic added bonus. Booking the hall was easy and Ajantha was always quick to help with any queries. I would definitely recommend this hall for any event and I will be using it again in the future.

Staff was also very friendly and explained well where things are. Very very reasonably priced! Parking only around the residential roads. Kitchen is small but as we did catering, it was not too much of an issue. Thank you so much for this!

She enquired about the hall and went to view it with Ajantha (She is one of the people who handles bookings of the hall). Ajantha was friendly and answered all our questions about the hall. The booking and payment for the hall was seamless and it was great value for the space we got. There's a larger hall with a stage and a connecting hall at the back that opens up to a green area at the back which is really pretty and cosy as it's had a new heating system installed and it has a nice wooded flooring. There is parking for a few cars onsite and there is free parking around the residential area for guests to park. The toilets and kitchen were clean and functional. The clean up and handover also went well without any hiccups and Ajantha was a pleasure to work with. Our family will definitely be booking this venue again in the future.
